Appointment Planner - Having trouble keeping track of your own schedule? A built-in appointment planner can be utilized to always keep you ahead of the game and stay organized. Schedule employee interviews, vendor meetings, and staff meetings and have a daily appointment report with you at all times. Never miss another appointment.

Download some sample Appointment Reports here. They are in PDF format and will require Acrobat Reader© in order to open. All of the sample reports below are from the upcoming Version 4.0 release and as such are still under development. Additional changes may be made before the final release.

Here are four different ways to display the current day's appointments:

This report gives a detailed listing of the day's activities:

This report will list the current day's appointments in a 24 hour planner:

In addition to listing just the current day's appointments you can also list all the appointments for the current week, a specific week, a specific time frame, the current month, a specific month, and even pick and choose which managers you wish to show. There is also a choice of printing in color or no color. There are almost too many options to list here so we will just provide a few additional examples. Depending upon the date range, various other report options will be become available/unavailable.

You can print a monthly wall calendar that will list some of the appointments. Due to space restrictions on the page, not all of the appointments will be able to be displayed.

You can also print a list of all your "To Do" items.

There are also various reports that can be run on your Contact list. These reports are very similar to the Vendor reports. You can print a Contact Phone List report, mailing envelopes, address labels, and a detailed report. These reports are still under development as of this writing.
