Built-in Security Functions - Create users for the system and give them access only to the areas that you wish them to see. Only allow employees access to the system and keep everyone else out. A logging system records each log in and log out time for each user. Administrators of the system can run User Log reports if necessary to see who accessed the system and when.

Various data entry forms display who created a record as well as who modified them. Version 4.0 will expand this feature to more areas of the system. Additional security groups will be added in the next release as well to give Administrators more flexibility in controlling user access. Users can be assigned to specific areas of the program.
